- Solar + Battery experience and accreditations preferred but not essential
- $60–$80 per hour + super + trade vehicle is indicative
- Genuine career opportunity in a small, professional & friendly team
Ready to help people and businesses electrify and cut their power bills, and build your own career at the same time?
Good Earth Group is a small, growing electrical and clean‑energy business based in Western Sydney. We help residents, businesses, strata and commercial sites across NSW electrify by installing quality solar systems, batteries, EV chargers, heat pumps and power monitoring solutions.
We’re now looking for a Licensed Electrician to join our friendly, professional team.
If you’re already experienced in solar and batteries, fantastic! If you’re a solid licensed electrician who’s keen to move into renewables but doesn’t yet have SAA accreditations or hands‑on solar/battery experience, we’d still love to hear from you, as support may be available to the right candidate.
Why join Good Earth Group?
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work with quality brands and cutting‑edge technology
Install and maintain solar, battery, EV charging, heat pumps and power monitoring solutions using trusted, high‑performing products. - Be part of a small, growing, professional and friendly team
Work closely with people who genuinely care about sustainability, clean energy and doing a great job for clients. - Grow your skills and your career
Get exposure to different parts of the business and take your career to the next level. This isn’t a job in which you’ll just smash out installations. You’ll also potentially be involved in site assessments and design input, through to commissioning and after‑sales support. - Balance work and home life
For the right person, there may be some flexibility in how we structure hours and work patterns so you can balance work and life commitments. - Make a real impact
Help businesses reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint while supporting the broader transition to electrification.
